DescriptionH+Technology and Ronald McDonald House British Columbia (RMHBC) have partnered to create the world’s first interactive holographic Magic Room, a very special place the children staying at the house get to visit when they have a successful surgery, get to go home, or are celebrating a special event while staying in the house. The team at H+ wanted to use the latest technology to assist in the healing process for children at RMHBC and provide a place where dreams are made of.

The main features of the H+Interactive Holographic Magic Room at RMHBC include the scanning of physical toys to set off real-time visual & audio effects for the simulated hologram & virtual world. Woody the Beaver is the host who can give instructions, talk & form meaningful relationships with children. The key features of the technology include:
